Service is great...  I found this company after a bitter googling session, having just had to re-book another session with [another company] – their method is to book classes and if they didn’t have enough people sign up, they would cancel the day before and make us re-book which happened a good 60-70% of the time.

I had recently been made redundant from a Middle Management position in the public service after 31 years and was looking at diversifying my skills, including obtaining my forklift licence.

After not driving a forklift for almost 15 years, to say I was nervous would be a major understatement.

However ... Michael presented the information in a very logical and practical fashion which made it easy to understand and more importantly easy to put into practice.

The most important element that I was impressed with was that the trainer was not just looking to get you through the course but was genuinely concerned about building your competency on a forklift and more importantly ensuring that you were across all the safety elements of operating a forklift.

Of the many and varied training courses I have attended over the years, this course was most concise and relevant I have experienced. A job well done, very happy with the course and how it was run.

Trainer knew I had a learning disability and helped me to understand better. The learning atmosphere was excellent, the trainer (Grant) was very helpful and had great knowledge of the content he was presenting.
 
They were both professional and efficient in the training, while also being able to connect with their students.

Everybody there is up to date with all OH&S and work cover regulations, they are very thorough but not in a way that's intimidating, Highly recommend Ace, they accommodate large groups very well and are on top of things, they will tell you if your not ready for the next step of assessing rather than taking ur money & making you come back.

Mohamed is an excellent teacher and was the main reason I enjoyed the course. He is sincere and approachable, and I got the sense that he really wanted us to learn and succeed. Really good job!

Found all the trainers and the assessor to be fair and extremely helpful. They all took the time to help myself and the other class mates to understand all aspects of the course and to help pass the assessments both the written and practical. Job well done Team ACE.

I enjoyed the relaxed approach..some people become nervous in those situation but if calm they are fine..I felt that relaxed come exam time..keep up the good work team.

Great job Nick, Grant, Aaron and Michelle, much appreciated. In terms of training and learning Nick was really good in ensuring the competency of all students and made himself available to all to make sure everyone achieved their best. Really approachable and cool too. Aaron at the front desk was also really easy to get along with and made the initial contact easy. Very pleasant to hear on the phone too.
